Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Prefinery is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

What are Testers?
Testers are people using your software. You can track the growth of your testers, invite new testers, and export lists of testers.
What does White labeled mean?
White labeled means that the Powered by Prefinery branding will be removed and your customers will see your logo, not ours.
White labeling gives your customers a familiar experience as they use Prefinery. In fact, testers may not even realize they've left your site.
What is SSL Security?
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, but what it really means is that the data sent between Prefinery and your computer is safely encrypted. If extra security is important to your company then you'll want enhanced security with SSL.
What does Tester Analytics mean?
View the growth of new tester applications and the number of times your application form was viewed (impressions) over time.
What does Data Export mean?
Your data is yours. We provide multiple ways to get your data out of Prefinery.
You can export all testers to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file, which can easily be opened in Excel and most other spreadsheet applications, or to an XML file. Prefinery also offers a direct export to various CRM and E-mail marketing services, such as Highrise by 37signals, Campaign Monitor, and MailChimp.

Why are surveys awesome?
Surveys are a great way to get feedback from your customers. Ask them anything you like. You can even require that testers take a survey before downloading your software. Of course, you'll be able to analyze your survey results with our slick charts and graphs.
